Odds…

Rather predictably, it’s been a little bit quiet recently, so here’s a brief rundown on what’s occuring – DC netted for Eire, though he and KC will now miss our game vs Sheff Utd for the WC Playoff. Wonder if we can get that called off?

The Walsall game has been re-arranged, 20 November is your new date. Which is a Tuesday. Needless to say, you can guarantee the following : the game will be shit, the crowd will be shit and it will suck. And we won’t win

Remember what I said last month about a Supporters Trust for WFC being thrust to the forefront after KIR’s probs with Kvaerner? Well, guess what – there’s going to be a public meeting on it. Not a club thang, not a WISA thang, in other words, if you want to turn up, you can. It’s on Thursday 25 October at the Community Centre in Wimbledon (next to Elys). Please turn up, it’s a pretty vital time. And if you see me, say “happy birthday” to me, I don’t normally expect to be spending it discussing funding…. 🙂

One final thing that was bought to my attention today – interview with John Fashanu in today’s Telegraph, in their money section. Usual gubbins about how he’s doing etc. One thing that did catch my eye – he may be looking into buying a football club. Hmm…………
