OK, Post-Season Syndrome (or should that be Pre-Season Syndrome now?) has struck SW19 again. This time, it’s disturbingly gone into the realms of bogus amateur psychology and uneducated guesswork… I’ve just been looking through Paul R’s photos of yesterday’s kit launch, and of course there’s the usual fanfare associated with these type of events. SW19 popped down to the sports ground by Woodies in New Malden this evening, to get a taste of what our pre-season preparations have been like. Some brief thoughts… – Most players were there (including a couple I didn’t recognise). No Luke Garrard, who was at a funeral and no Jon Main who was ill.
Went down the training ground today to watch a training session, believe it or not. Actually, it’s the first time I’ve ever gone down there, and as it’s the last time we’ll probably be using the RE then it was a bit of a special occasion. So, how many people went down there? One –
